1、 Before installation:
1. Before installation of industrial exhaust fan, it is necessary to carefully check whether the industrial exhaust fan is intact and undamaged, whether the bolts of fasteners are loose or falling off, and whether the impeller has impact on the hood. Carefully check whether the fan blade or shutter is deformed or damaged during transportation.
2. When installing and selecting air outlet environment, it is necessary to pay attention to that there should be no too large obstacles in 2.5-3M opposite the air outlet.
2、 During installation:
1. Stable installation: pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan when installing the industrial exhaust fan, and adjust it to the level of industrial exhaust fan and foundation level is stable. The motor shall not be tilted after installation.
2. The adjustment bolts of the motor shall be placed in a convenient position when installing industrial exhaust fan. To adjust the belt tightness when using conveniently.
3. When installing the industrial exhaust fan support, it is necessary to make the support and foundation level stable, and if necessary, install angle iron beside the industrial exhaust fan for reinforcement.
4. After the industrial exhaust fan is installed, the sealing around it shall be checked. If there is any gap, it can be sealed with sunshine plate or glass glue.
3、 After installation:
1. After installation, check whether there are tools and debris left in the industrial exhaust fan. The trial run can be carried out only if the fan blade is moved by hand or lever to check whether there is too tight or rubbing, and whether there is any abnormal phenomenon of the items that hinder the rotation.
2. If there is vibration of industrial exhaust fan or abnormal sound of "buzzing" of motor or other abnormal phenomena during operation, stop the machine for inspection, and then start up and use after repair.
